Arabella Ernst is a Health and Wellness Coach certified by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She has always been passionate about fueling and healing the body through natural, God-given resources utilized in our diet and lifestyle. As an avid rock climber and exercise enthusiast, certified by NASM, she loves helping others achieve their fitness goals. As a Christian Missionary, Arabella believes in being “mission ready” by preparing her body to be at optimal health in order to serve God to the best of her ability. Additionally, she is certified by the Pompa Program to diagnose Neurotoxicity, as well as, through Designs for Health as a Dietary Supplement Specialist in order to prescribe supplements as needed for clients.
